The typical scalper bought up all the tickets thinking they were going to make a fortune. Turns out they seriously mis-calculated the depth of the average Head's pockets.

I'm loving this. Although I do feel sorry for all the good natured folks who paid full price for tics in advance and then show up at the venue only to see tics being sold for below face value.

I don't think they necessarily miscalculated the depth of the average deadhead's pocket, as much as the fact that these shows are not selling out, so there are more tickets available than there is demand.... capitalism at work!!!
